Domiantion and Native

After long time not update, we currently focus in AI of Europens (VOC, EIC, Spain, and Portuguese). Portuguese and VOC have strong AI than EIC and Spain, but with more update of their power, we ensure they more strong than before. Beside it, we fix problem when native or Europens sieging port (sometimes they will destory since fort level very high)

We hope this will finish and release the stable version before 15th May 2018
